The quality of all Mirrors is Guaranteed. Defective mirrors will be replaced at no cost to our customers. However the Return Policy of each brand differs. They are outlined as follows:

Irice Return Policy:

• All Mirrors are guaranteed to be the best quality mirrors. Irice stands behind them as they have done for 75 years.
• Defective mirrors or mirrors damaged in shipment will be replaced at no cost to our customers.
• Mirrors returned under any other circumstances are subject to a 25% restocking fee. These mirrors must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Mirrors damaged by the customer . Irice will replace them at 80% of the cost of the mirror plus shipping costs. Replacement parts are available in some cases.

Mirror Image Return Policy:

• Defective Mirrors or Mirrors damaged in shipment will be replaced at no cost to our customers.
• Mirrors returned under any other circumstances are subject to a 15% Handling Charge with the minimum charge being $15. These mirrors must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with the Irice or Mirror Image mirror that you ordered, you may return it within 21 days of the invoice date.You will be required to pay for the shipping and handling fees, and the 5% credit card merchants fee for returned items. Note  for mirrors shipped free of charge, you will incur a shipping fee and a credit card fee of 5% of the total transaction.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee applies in the following returns.

• Irice:  25% restocking fee.
• Mirror Image:  15% restoking fee with a minimum of $15.

Non Refundable Mirrors.

• Custom made Mirrors: Once production has begun, the mirror becomes non refundable.
• Installed Hard Wired Mirrors cannot be returned.

Exceptions:

•  Custom Made Mirrors where the manufacturing is defective or
•  Damage incurred during shipment.

Damaged in Shipment.

All Mirrors are shipped fully insured. If a shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival, refuse to accept it and contact us via email at customerservice@magnifyingmakeupmirrors.com to request a replacement.

Return Merchandise Authorisation Number:

All returns require our Return Merchandise Authorisation Number. To request an authorisation number contact customerservice@magnifyingmakeupmirrors.com. Write this number clearly on your original invoice and the return shipping label. Note all returns must be shipped within 7 business days of the Return Merchandise Authorisation Number being issued.

Return Shipping:

• Mirrors must be returned in their original packaging, with the tags, warranty cards and documentation.
• The Return Merchandise Authorisation Number should be clearly written on the return shipping label.
• The Fulfillment address is provided with the Return Order Authorisation.
• All Authorised Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full purchase price.
• The package must be sent with a carrier that can be tracked eg. UPS, FedEx or by registered mail. Email us at customerservice@magnifyingmakeupmirrors.com with the tracking number, so we can track the order for you.
•  Allow 14 days for processing of a refund. Refunds must be made using the same credit card as the original sale.
